Upon arrival, the reception exuded a delightful aroma that immediately helped me relax after a long journey. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me when the WiFi was not working, even providing access to the staff network for my work needs. The decor in the room was stylish and interesting, with great attention to detail. the shower was excellent and the bed was extremely comfortable, with an abundance of soft pillows. the hotel's location was superb, right across from the convention center where I needed to attend an event. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided exceptional value for the price. I highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. Not only was it a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but the personalized service from the staff, including the general manager Ryan, made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. This personal touch was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience.
